	Cecilia Bojorquez Dental Assistant Cecilia graduated from Excel College in San Diego, California with a degree in Dental Assisting in 2001. Cecilia has been assisting Dr. Maleki since 2004 and all of her experience has been in the field of prosthodontics. In her spare time, Cecilia and her husband and son enjoy spending time at their vacation home in Mexico. Cecilia is fluent in Spanish and can provide translation for patients who speak Spanish exclusively. Click here to contact Cecilia
	Erin Patterson Patient Services Erin is an Arizona native and she graduated from Marcos de Niza high school in Tempe. Her background is in office management and patient services. Erin worked in dentistry as an assistant for six years before managing a veterinary hospital. Erin joined Grayhawk Prosthodontics in 2010. Scheduling
We welcome you to our office. You will be greeted with kindness, courtesy and respect every time you come to visit us. We pride ourselves in taking care of one patient at a time and listening to what our patients want. You will never feel like you are in an “assembly line” at our office. We strive to be on time, every time. If there is a scheduling problem, we attempt to notify you BEFORE you come to your appointment.

Emergency Appointments
Emergency appointments are just that. We want to help anyone who is in pain and requires immediate attention for relief. It is our goal to help you if you are in this situation and every effort will be made to get you comfortable.

Financial Policy
We are committed to providing you with successful treatment. If at any time you have questions about your account or our policies, please bring them to our attention. This will save any confusion and misunderstandings later.

Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We also have an outside source that handles financial arrangements for your convenience.

Regarding Insurance
We will be happy to assist you in utilizing your dental insurance benefits based on the information you provide us. Please be advised that our office is not contracted with any insurance companies. This means that you are responsible for payment in full for services rendered at the time of visit. The assignment of benefits will be in your name, which means the insurance will issue any benefits available directly to you.

We will do our best to help you file your insurance claims. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not responsible for the accuracy of copayments, deductibles, or other insurance benefits. Any dispute of benefits will be your responsibility to handle.
